What is the difference between Creamed Honey Versus Raw Honey

Creamed honey is honey that has been processed to control crystallization. Creamed honey contains a large number of small crystals, which prevent the formation of larger crystals that can occur in unprocessed honey. The processing also produces a honey with a smooth spreadable consistency.

Raw honey is honey taken straight from the beehive. It is extracted from the honeycombs as the bees made it. The honey is kept in its natural state with heating or filtering. Raw honey will eventually into a naturally occurring crystallized state.
